The back drapes across the sliding glass door would not open and the sofa bed would not pull out.

Overall everything was great. Convenient location, a block or two from the main drag through town, restaurants and grocery stores. No problems with parking for two cars/pick-ups. We didn't use the pool but it was right below the front door and convenient and well maintained. The complex is a mix of residents and rentals, and was very quiet even with some folks enjoying the pool. The interior was nicely appointed and comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 adults (or parents with a couple of kids). Nice ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms kept things cool (we didn't use the A/C). Also a retractable sliding screen across the front door and a sliding screen on the deck door allowed a very nice breeze through. Both the master bath and guest bathroom were large and roomy and well lit. No dislikes or deal breakers at all, just a couple minor points and personal preference things: Beds/mattresses are subjective; the master bed wasn't as comfortable for us (maybe too soft/lumpy might be my description), but we slept just fine. Our friend said the queen sized bunk bed was comfortable for him. Other than the refrigerator the only other appliance we used was the microwave and it's operation requires a minor in genius level engineering, 😅 but we got it to heat our stuff in the end. And speaking of engineering, the hermetically sealed, glass space-time capsule master shower also took some figuring out (and getting wet) to get all the right combinations, but again, we ended up clean and it was kinda fun. 😄

No deal breakers here. Probably the biggest/only real "complaint" would be the lighting in the residence was extremely dim (outside of the two bathrooms), old school Las Vegas hotel room level dim. Master bedroom only has one small window that didn't provide much light at all. Just very low wattage bulbs in ceiling fans and bedside lamps being used.

The location was good . The unit was updated and clean .

A sofa bed that actually opened would have been nice . We had 3 adult males and one using the top bunk was an issue .The condo is perfect for a couple with 2 small children

beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms were big with nice showers. really convenient location close to restaurants and red line shuttle
