The whole stay was very very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they gave us good advice what experiences to try. The breakfast was simply amazing, probably the best one we had since visiting Turkey. Location is beautiful and calm, with a gorgeous view from the terrace. The location is close to all visiting spots around.

Sezer, the manager, was amazing. What a lovely guy, very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choice was very limited for my wife, who is vegan. After mentioning this on the first morning to Sezer, went all out to accommodate her diet nicely. Thank you very much, Sezer. The room 306 was amazing, clean and had a lovely swimming pool inside.

The complete opposite can only be said about Fred, who had been regularly contacting us on Whatsapp from making the booking. We ordered private airport transfers with him, and he gave us a costing. all our discussions are still available on the Whatsapp feed. We were given a shuttle bus with the most ignorant driver you could have imagined. He dropped us on a back street threw our bag on the floor and said walk down that street over there and drove off. Fred was constantly telling us if we wanted a balloon flight, we must book early with him, as there is a large black market industry operating. He wanted to charge us 950 euros for 2 persons. Fortunately, I have a colleague who lives in Turkey, so I called him for advice. I was reliably informed it should be around 500 euros for the flight. I told Sezer about this, and he came up with a figure of 440 euros for both of us, we had an amazing experience.

The location is beautifully serene, a bit away from the lively area, requiring a car to get there. Sezer, the staff member, is wonderful, refined, and very honest. The breakfast is delicious, made with love by two lovely ladies, and Ali, another staff member, was also impressive. There are ongoing renovations in the nearby buildings, and I hope they finish soon. I recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet area. For activities.

The balloon rides, you don’t need to book through the hotel, although some staff made it a bit complicated.
