A very homely atmosphere. They even hosted a hot wine night for all their guests and also helped us with various itineraries. Their superior suite was an out of the world experience. Their breakfast spread was also nice.

Just that it is located in a town called Ortahisar which is away from Goreme and Uchasir which are bustling towns. To get to most of the places you need to get a taxi. Also, there is no restaurant nearby but if you prefer a quiet and peaceful stay this is the place to go for. Chances of seeing hot air balloon from their terrace is very low as balloons don’t fly this way.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly, we honestly felt at home.

From what we've seen, this is a good hotel in Ortahisar. Breakfast is abundant and well-made, staff is incredibly friendly, most welcoming and length at which they go to help you with your any request is substantial. The hotel is located in the older part of the city, so it is pretty quiet. The view both from the room and the terrace is amazing and we never grew old of it ❤️

At this time this is a rather new hotel, so we had a few small cosmetic issues like broken shower handle and a few broken electrical sockets. The only path from the hotel to the town's center with all the restaurants and groceries was still under somewhat noisy construction, which was odd, as we had to drive to the town's center instead of having a two minute walk. I believe it is all gonna be fixed soon in a matter of weeks as the hotel is rapidly developing and we still had a very great time despite, but at this moment it spoils the experience a little bit as for the current price you do not expect such inconveniences.

The personnel at the Vie Hotel are outstanding. They scheduled us to fly a balloon for the next day in the morning. The staff advised us on places to go and made reservations for a group with a top-notch guide for us. You should try the fascinating and secure feeling of flying a balloon. The breakfast was so delicious, with fresh foods every day.

The Wi-Fi connection in our room was poor. They fixed it after I spoke with them.

AMAZING view. Very quiet place and the atmosphere was very chill, cocooning and intimate. We both loved the location,the view, the owners, the atmosphere… Very beautiful property

The hotel is fresh new, everything was nice and tidy. We had a cozy room with a big bath made inside of the rock. breakfast was really delicious made in Turkish style with various options. We had a perfect stay here. The owner helped us arrange a balloon flight and also rent a scooter.
