Ottimo hotel per poter visitare Venezia spendendo il giusto. La fermata dell'autobus si trova a qualche secondo a piedi e in 15 minuti di autobus si arriva a Piazzale Roma (vicino alla stazione FS di Santa Lucia). La camera era come da foto, pulita e confortevole.

The location is well situated for getting to Venice and the airport. The accommodation was great. Host was excellent.

Zeer comfortabel. Gunstig gelegen tov vliegveld. Uiterst vriendelijke, behulpzame gastvrouw. Ontzettend goed door de gastvrouw aanbevolen, authentiek Italiaans restaurant: ‚Color’ dicht in de buurt. Evenals een zeer goed ontbijtcaffe.

Ville Erica 1 is a small hotel with no staff around, Lucia comes in to make up rooms in the am. You will get a code by email to enter and keys are in the door number assigned to you. It is very clean. The bus stops to and from the airport and Venezia are very close and were very efficient and great info about this in the lobby. You get a free coffee and pastry for breakfast at a nearby coffee shop, delicious. There are restaurants close by for dinning. There is a kitchen, not sure about the uses for that.

Towels could have been newer/softer, washed many times.
