"Great value for money for a Venice's visit"

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Connection to Venice and airport is great. Room is nice (kettle..tea..spacious)

Breakfast is provided by a bar outside (3min walking) of the place. I'd call the experience...confusing and not relaxing. What is included or not, how should you manage the difference in prices...there was a group of 7pp coming after us and the owner was ''complaining'' that nobody told him so many people would come at the same time so he did not have empty/jam croissants for all (only thing included to my understanding). Definitely something to improve.
