We got a complementary upgrade upon arrival which was fabulous. They surprised us with little gifts for our toddler and dog. The room was spacious and very well designed, modern but honoring the style of the chateau. Breakfast buffet was delicious

"Good hotel overall"

The room is beautiful with good scenery, the staff is nice and helpful.

There are many bugs in the room, the staff told me it's normal and expected. Moreover when I check out, I forgot something in the room and they just throwed it away without asking, I know it's mostly my own mistake but out of all the hotels I visited, only this one doesn't keep the customer's stuff for at least 1day.

Fantastic stay! All the staff were wonderful and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. We recommend the suite, it’s nicely laid out and made the stay even better. The spa was relaxing and spotless, with plenty of treatment options to choose from. Everything was clean and well looked after. Breakfast is not to be missed.
