GBWe loved everything of the lookout,the breathtaking views the balcony.and the apartment is superb 👌 tge other part of being on the island,are the boat cruises into knysna heads very nice its like heaven on earth.

Not the accommodation, but remember to stock up on groceries before heading to the Island - once there, you don't want to leave!

HORRIBLE HOST!!! Bridget is useless as a host The stove was out of gas, and the spare gas tank (that i had to dig for under a staircase cupboard overloaded with other stuff) was empty as well. These things are supposed to be checked before the guest arrives. We were booked for only 1 night. A self catering apartment without a working stove was a nightmare. We have a strict Halaal diet and it was difficult to source out halaal take aways or restaurants in Knysna. Especially if u not from the area and don't know where to go. We had to rough out supper and breakfast. Thanks to Bridget. Disappointing thing is i haven't received a call from her to apologise or to follow up this morning about how she can assist with getting anything for us for breakfast. I called her last night to vent my frustration and she says theres nothing she can do cos its a Saturday night and shops are close. I don't know about Knysna but in Durban we can get gas tanks from most petrol stations.
