Location.

No view or lift ( as advertised). Could be a lot cleaner - fine on the surface but needed a thorough clean (hairs in bedside drawers, floor brushed but not washed). Shower control impossible(scalding hot or cold). No toilet roll in bathroom. Little things let the property down.

Easy and straightforward instructions for check-in and check-out. Room was just as advertised - looks exactly like the pictures. Very nice and clean room, bathroom and kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Appreciated the small touches - coffee machine and pods, travel adaptor plugs, clothes horse and iron. There is also both a fan and heater in the room which is handy. Great location!

Room window doesn't allow for any privacy or view. It was accurately advertised, but still just unfortunate to not have on-site parking.

Fridge not working properly Light in bathroom not working No black out curtains No air con, floor fan noisy Every sound from outside travels into the room. Inverter came on in the early hours, very noisy. View from property very disappointing, could only see car park and adjoining flats.

It was clean and room it's self was nice.

No elevator Location is not good people in the building is loud. You can't really rest. Parking is a headache Construction on the road busy so can't even go to the beach. No view at the premises. We were very disappointed with the area but not the room.

Very efficient and professional host. Very easy to access keys to get in and to return when checking out. Excellent amenities and facilities and a good size for travel alone or as a couple. Nice quiet block with excellent food and coffee within easy walking distance.
