Location was great, Mateo was super nice and helpful. We didn't meet him but the Instructions fir check in were accurate. The apartment is realy nice and had everything you need for cooking. We were a couple but it can also include 2 small kids. It is really close to the center but very quiet. Also a nice balcony with excellent views

It is a bit dark inside and since it only has one side of windows it doesn't have much air movement. It would be a good idea to add some light inside and maybe a ventilator.
