Location, easy to check in, even as late as I did(gone midnight)

Confusing to access at night.

Good value

Stopped serving food too early.

Bed was very very comfortable and very quite at night no noise easy check in and out

The beds where very comfortable, thought was clean then on morning when leaving and sat on the single bed saw a empty bottle of water under the second single bed , cleaner shouldn't miss an big bottle , if pub next door used food is very poor had mac and cheese and after got to pasta under the cheese on top that was nice the pasta was swimming in watery cheese sauce husbands beef lasagne was def microwaved very very dry so id say if u stay don't use pub next door for eating go into preston

Big rooms clean and functional. Lots of hot water big bath. Old school room but solid and generally well maintained. Liked the bath, I am tall but I was not cramped.

Not keen on attached pub and food, very ordinary but good value for what it is. Poor choice of beer. Some things missing from room, TV remote and shower gel. Easily fixed by good receptionist. Plug sockets not handy for charging phones etc.

Good value and great breakfast , staff helpful and room nice , hallway could do with a clean and refurbish as a bit sticky , but room s nice and clean and good facilities so overall a good experience and would use again . good access to the motorway .

hard to complain but redevelop the main access hall
