Location, spacious room, cleanness Most of all, amazing host Kind and friendly host I've ever seen while traveling in Italy. If you haven't decided where to stay in Palermo, I highly recommend here.

The studio is located near the city center, big enough for a couple, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The host, Alessandro is very welcoming and helpful and did his best to inform us about how ZTL works which might be a bit confusing for people visiting Palermo for the first time.

There is often no available parking space next to the building, and the streets around it are quite dirty. This has nothing to do with the property though, as this is the case for every other location in Palermo it seems. Just a heads up for those who consider renting a car and staying here.

Very clean spacious loft, fits 3 people very nicely. Whole loft is renovated, and bathroom is very nice and new. There is even a good hairdryer, female products, and a first aid kit. Host was very kind and helpful; he even offered to extend our check-out time since the next guests would only arrive on the next day! I would really recommend to stay here :)

Very small detail, but the pillows could be a bit softer. It is a minor improvement but I think it could really make a difference!

The apartment is lovely, excellent location, well equipped with new appliances, there was soap, water and other extras for us to use. The host was very polite and accommodating! All jn all we had an excellent stay, highly recommended!

Lovely clean apartment in a central location, host was excellent even kindly let us check out a little later.
