"Didn’t make bed a single time"

We stayed three nights and I was surprised that housekeeping didn’t enter the room to add towels or make the bed.

My first night in Hobbs at another hotel (won’t say the name) was not great. It was run down and sketchy. Then I decided to stay here and it was amazing! Excellent service, clean, comfy beds, and quiet. About to spend another month in Hobbs for work and this is where I will stay!
