The facility

We stay in hundreds of hotels and rate them on our website. The price was low and the accommodation was ok. I'm from uk and I need a decent fan. This was on the border. It's a poor town with low expectations and it lives up to them! We needed a place while we waited for our next visa so we didn't need much. So clean , cheap , no facilities but oddly had a good guest pack which was a shock..tooth brush and soap And toothpaste lol. We got good value.. Mark@travelgnu.com

Keys badly organised, no common space, staff in pain being there

There is nothing that I liked when I got to the location I struggled to get their attention and was met by random people outside the area where the place was supposed to be. When I called the host and asked her to come and collect us outside the hotel,she said she wasn't in and so I had to cancel

Their reception was zero
