Number 3 Pier Road Apartment

Very clean and tidy, spacious and the view is absolutely amazing! We stayed here for our honeymoon and the apartment was the icing on the cake :)

parking was problem all so parking permits bit confusing no complimentary shower gel or shampoo no attraction or local information leaflets visitor comment book would be helpful

The apartment was amazing with the most amazing views of the harbour and the abby . And a great place to watch the sunrise and sun set in comfort , and the world go by . It was absolutely spotless , and very comfortable. Terry is a great guy , him and his staff were very helpful . We definitely will be returning. Thank you for a great stay 😃

Perfect location with the most amazing view out across the harbour

One small criticism, with the amazing view, we’d suggest putting in more comfortable sofas by the window. The sofa that was placed there was really uncomfortable which seems a shame considering the amount of time we spent watching the world go by!

The safety, the shower was broke and I got a cut, it also didn't stay high on the bar, dirty sanitary towels left , used soap bars left on the shower , people can see straight into the windows at night , taking all your privacy , customer service is shocking!! We didn't like that we had to walk up back alleyways with drunk men hanging around. You are literally paying for the view, we left early , wasn't even apologised too , they offered a full refund then went back on their word , booking.com told me this place has had complaints. Manager seems like he won't admit fault with anything

Everything about this apartment was great in our eyes. 4 adults slept comfortably plenty of space. Beds so cosy. Warmed up quick in the evening. Fab bathroom facilities. The views alone are brilliant. Great location. Staff great and informative. Parking permit. We will definitely book to go back, wished we booked longer this time around.. Thank you!

Not a dislike.. but maybe a recommendation. Possible to join beds in twin for 2 doubles? However not an issue for us at all

The alleyway up to the property was very unkempt. When we went out in the evening there was a man sitting in the door way opposite the apartment entrance drunk swearing and smoking pot. He made us feel a little bit uneasy. It was not the best start to our night out.

Excellent location, very central with scenic views. Perfect place to stay for a relaxing trip to Whitby.

The timer on the lights is very short and they go off regularly which is a bit annoying if you want to sit in one place. Very minor complaint though as everything else was pretty much perfect!
