La ubicación, el trato con el anfitrión y la equipación excelente tanto del baño como de la cocina.

El sofà cama es muy incómodo, tiene un colchón muy delgado y hace mucho ruido al moverse. Las vistas desde la habitación son horrorosas, da a otros edificios, se ve todo no tiene intimidad y lo peor de todo es que justo enfrente tienes un edificio quemado, abandonado, en estado ruinoso con escombros y basura. El ascensor es muy pequeño, no coge un carro de bebé.

Super nuevo, todo limpio y muy cómodo, en pleno centro. El contacto suuuper bien y super dispuestos a ayudar.

No hay aire y si hay ola de calor como ya es habitual en agosto a veces se pasa algo de calor. Las ventanas del salón y el cuarto dan a patios con mucha suciedad y palomas, eso hace complicado que puedas airear bien o entre aire. Es lo único malo del apartamento, el resto, un 10.

Apartamento moderno, equipado con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. Muy céntrico también. Muy buena atención por parte del propietario/a

Pese a que los propietarios no tengan culpa, la ventilación del piso es escasa. El edificio quemado en el patio de luces es un poco siniestro y aún olía a quemado, por lo que tuvimos que mantener las ventanas siempre cerradas.
