Mare by La Pita - Central Premium Apartment with Terrace

El alojamiento me gusto , limpio y ordenado. Había de todo y en perfecto uso. Tanto la ropa de cama como las toallas de muy buena calidad. La cocina completa , no faltaba nada.

Todo muy bien, si tuviera que pedir , unas almohadas más blandas, las que había eran de látex perfectas pero unas poco duras.

Lovely clean large apartment close to the beach, bars and restaurants The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and to top it off the roof terrace was amazing for spending the days or evenings relaxing I would  reccomend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in a beautiful home Estepona

Cleanliness, location, terrace, friendliness of Maria who greeted us.

Would be nice to have a full oven to cook meals in to enjoy in the apartment or on the terrace. That is not a complaint at all as the apartment was fantastic.

We found the apartment with Terrace, Spacious,Clean,Well Equipped,very well Located, close to all amenities, The apartment is Self maintained throughout your stay, which may not suit others, but fine by us!! Priced more than we would normally pay , But is worth the extra cost

We loved everything about the property The apartment is bright and airy with excellent facilities it has everything that you need for a self catering holiday it was very clean with lovely bright modern furniture and the beds were so comfortable (it was like home from home) To top it off there is a very spacious roof terrace with lots of outdoor seating and dining facilities we enjoyed this area most evenings with a glass of wine It is a very short walk to all the bars and restaurants And the same distance for the sea front Estapona is a very pretty town with lots of flower lined narrow streets to explore we can’t wait to return The owners of this property couldn’t be more helpful they responded quickly to any questions we had prior to our stay and then from point of arrival in Estapona a lovely lady Maria was on hand to greet us and give lots of fabulous recommendation’s regarding local restaurants tapas and places to visit

We loved everything, the property was so well equipped down to the last detail of comfy throws for relaxing in front of the tv after a long day outside. The extras of toiletries, olive oil and condiments and of course the welcome wine and water is so appreciated especially after a long journey and night time arrival where shops are closed.

Apartment is very spacious, nice and clean, it seems that everything is new. You can find everything you need and more (we got cot and baby chair as well). Stunning views from apartment’s balcony - Estepona old town and mountains. We loved sitting there with a glass of wine. Also this apartment has a huge rooftop terrace to eat or relax. You live in a heart of Estepona old town with a lot of restaurants in a corner and can reach the beach and shops (carrefour and mercadona) in ~5 min. Maria was very welcoming and nice to us, gave us a lot of advices, reacted in few minutes. We found welcoming gifts - wine and chocolate that was very lovely. Though apartment with roof terrace doesn’t have a garage, Maria showed us very cheap parking 3 min walk (1 eur/day + 2 eur/night). We loved staying here. It was definitely worth the money.
