The accommodation is excellent. If we take into account the ratio of price and quality, a clear ten. Nothing bothered us personally, as others have commented, not to go into details. There is everything you need for a vacation... My recommendation...

Only location

I am very sorry but it is not possible to leave a positive comment. This stay was a complete disappointment. Everything else, except the location of the house, was like a nightmare. There were not enough sheets and face towels at home, the towels were yellow with age, the air conditioner cover was held on with tape, and the wall paint was peeling off due to humidity. The blankets were not in sterile covers. The WC door was opening only halfway due to the heater section placed behind it. There was even a dead cockroach on the door of the house. Rest assured, I am not exaggerating, I have photos of all of them.

Walking distance to the city center. Ground floor, easy access, had a balcony and a connected backyard. The beds were ok, there were plenty of spare pillows and blankets. Parking is difficult in that area, but possible with some luck and patience.

I wouldn't recommend the place for a winter getaway, because the central heating was not working. the A/C units were enough to warm up both bedrooms, but the A/C in the living room was not enough to heat the corridor, kitchen nor bathroom. The bathroom had a very small washing basin and inadequate ligthing, but the major issue was the door which wouldn't open more that half because of the (non-functional) heating radiator behind it.

We recommended. This house in the center of city. Very clean and owner was very helpful.

The responsiveness of the host, there was hot water at all time, the terrace was really nice and comfy.

Location was perfect, landlord's communication was excellent and the place have all kind of utilities (landlord tries to make you feel comfortable with almost every detail in the place!)
