Wonderful! The best place we’ve stayed for a while. Location amazing but the decor and finish to the apartment made it so special. Very comfortable beds, linen was divine. The kitchen perfect and well stocked. Bathroom perfect and the lounge area was so comfortable. I can’t fault anything.

Absolutely everything. I dont think i have a single thing inside this accomidation that i can say was unsatisfactory. A pristine environment, comfy furniture, a wonderful kitchen with MORE than enough utensils, cutlary, plates and supplies. Even cooking basics like pan oil, salt, pepper, ect. The bathroom and toilet was also fully supplied with loo roll, 2 different brands of shampoo and conditioner, hand and body soaps and cleaning supplies to tidy up after use. The wifi is amazing speed and the tv is fully equipped for any streaming service you could want. And oh my goodness the beds are wonderful! They are so warm soft and comfy it was hard to not fall asleep as soon as i lay on them. Same with the sofas! The owner popped around too and made sure all our needs were met! Super sweet guy! This place 100% deserves its high ratings! I cant wait to stay here again hopefully longer next time!

I can only really think of a nitpick or two. the hall/stairwell to the apartment was a little difficult due to the stone stairs being a little worn down. The appearance did make me worry if the apartments were like the advertised photos. Rest assured though that the difference between the stairwell and apartment are night and day! The other nitpick are that the plugs are a tad fiddly to use. You have to plug it at a certain angle but only due to a little lip in the top prong that acts as some kinda safety button. Figured it out tho!

The location is nice, right opposite to lidl store. The property is comfortable, and has all equipments and amenities. Host is good too.

Had to carry luggage for a floor without lift.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious 3-bedroom apartment! It was very spacious and beautifully designed, perfect for large group. The fully equipped kitchen and having a washing machine was a huge convenience. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary water bottles, toiletries, coffee and tea. The beds were incredibly comfy and warm, providing a restful night's sleep for everyone. With two bathrooms, we never felt rushed in the mornings. The fast Wi-Fi was a fantastic bonus, keeping us connected throughout our stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations, making it an ideal choice for families or groups. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to return!

Well kept, clean and central. Comfortable bed, big ceilings, spacious and quiet.

The room is large, there are two toilets, the bus is easy to get around, the owner is very nice

I like Everything, the distance from City is appropriate, not too close / not too far. Host is very good and supportive and all requested arrangements were in place before we reached. He have took care of each minute details for our trip. starting from check In till Check Out. I really recommend this property if would like to have experience of Edinburgh with relaxation. ++ As it is very near to Retail park, access to all things are much handy. One in all it is excellent stay :)
