Stanza pulita, nuova e con a disposizione acqua, macchinetta del caffè e bollitore con te e tisane. Bagno fornito di shampoo-doccia, cuffiette, spazzolino e dentifricio monouso e ciabattine!

Condizionatore rumoroso, oltre a qualche altro rumoretto che ha un po' disturbato il sonno

The room had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, tv and little details that made my one night (emergency) stay just perfect. I didn’t bring a toothbrush and was delighted to find a kit in the bathroom.

For me, I found it hard to locate. Not so much because of the property but because I was in Messina at 10pm and there are no street signs, I was using google. It brought me to the property but there wasn’t a visible sign that said Hotel.

Posizione centrale e comoda per visitare la città. Struttura pulita e accogliente.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto, camera pulita e staff eccezionale e la posizione era centrale a piedi era raggiungibile tutto! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Kit di cortesia super accessoriato con cuffia capelli, dentifricio e spazzolino,pattine..di solito mettono solo il sapone. Appoggio in marmo largo e comodo x la valigia o altri oggetti personali. La camera affacciava lato strada in modo da vedere anche la macchina. Vicino al centro ma allo stesso tempo la sera non si sentono rumori. C'è anche l'ascensore.

Da migliorare 1)Profumo in camera troppo forte 2)Le asciugamani lasciavano i pelucchi addosso. 3) Frigo non raffredda troppo 4) Asciugacapelli meglio mettere quello grande non a parete perché troppo lento

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat ein äußerst bequemes Bett. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die moderne und wunderschöne Dusche, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen! Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft sicher und mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war lediglich, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab, uns direkt am Hauptbahnhof abzuholen. Leider hat der Taxifahrer für die sehr kurze Strecke von ca. 1,5 km stolze 35 € verlangt. Dies hat jedoch nichts mit der Unterkunft selbst zu tun und schmälert unseren positiven Gesamteindruck nicht. ZUDEM: Gebucht war die Unterkunft für drei Personen, letztlich waren wir jedoch nur zu zweit dort. Dies haben wir rechtzeitig an Booking.com kommuniziert und eine Teilerstattung angefragt. Leider haben wir bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten und warten noch auf eine Entscheidung seitens Booking.com..
