הקירבה לשדה התעופה הוא יתרון מעולה אם יש לכם נחיתה מאוחרת או המראה מוקדמת. החניה הפרטית בצמוד לבניין גם יתרון מעולה אם אתם עם רכב בדירה 2 חדרים ומטבחון. אין מרפסת

קומה שנייה ללא מעלית אם אתם עם הרבה ציוד קחו בחשבון. מיטה ממש לא נוחה המזרן ממש שקוע ולא היה נוח. אמנם הייתי רק לילה לכמה שעות אבל עדיין זה מאוד הציק
