Flat in the heart of Newquay

Flat was lovely and comfortable has every thing you need. I stayed for 7 days and it was a great base for everything I wanted to do. Good communication from host from start of booking .

Could do some maintenance..note to say decking could be slippy when wet ..some areas of decking need replacing .. Parking is very tight at back of property. Plug in bathroom sink is sticking

The flat was clean and tidy. The flat is in walking distance to the centre of Newquay.

This is a one person flat with a double bed squeezed in. The poor rating is because of the bed. It was pushed against the wall so I had to climb over my wife to get in and out. The bed gave me back ache each day. The bed frame had metal bars at the head and foot which meant I couldn't lie straight, it was too short for me, I had to sleep at a diagonal. The bed needs replacing for an appropriate one. There is a washing machine in the flat but no: washing line, clothes horse, ironing board, or iron. This made washing clothes a challenge.

Nice & clean, good location comfy bed and great facilities. Would book again 😁😁

The flat had everything you need, is in such a great location for town and the beach.

The bed is very comfortable but the bed frame is creaky when you try and turn or if you need to get up in the night. Still slept pretty well as the mattress was very comfortable but it definitely woke us both up a few times. Could maybe do with tightening the frame.
