Gazda e superbă! Locație 10/10!

Cazarea este chiar în centru, stai la geam si vezi centrul Timișoarei în toată splendoarea lui. Doamna care închiriază este de nota 10+ , foarte drăguță și amabilă, abia astept sa revin, bineînțeles tot la aceeași cazare. Totul este foarte aproape , la cazare te simți ca acasă 🥰

Mi a părut rău ca sejurul a fost prea scurt și am plecat cu o părere de rău.

Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec l'eau chaude. Le propriétaire s'est engagé à faire un geste commercial qui a été validé par le site.

The owner is very kind and helpful. She responds very quickly and tries her best to help in every situation - she even gave us some sightseeing recommendations. The apartment is in the city center so it was very easy to walk around. It was really clean and comfortable. We had a private kitchen and two bathrooms which helped us a lot. I definitely recommend booking this place!

There were a few dead cockroaches on the stairs but we didn’t see any in the apartment- it’s an old building and there’s a restaurant downstairs so they’re probably coming out from the restaurant🫣

Positives: the owner is very pleasant and nice, easy to communicate and open for any question or issue; the location is the best, basically the main reason for staying here; room size and commodity; well equipped; good quality of windows so it is not loud even though apartment is in the city center; clean sheets, toilet, shower and sink. The lady who is owner and very nice ,will offer you few extra hours of stay in the morning (on the leaving day).

Negatives: it is a bit dusty in whole apartment, spider webs are not cleaned for a while, few spiders as well. Rest of the issues are not related to the owner but unfortunately to the building itself - wifi disappeared on last day of our staying, the shower was very difficult to adjust, it takes longer than 5 minutes for the water to become hot (and it stays very hot) and you should not close the tap because it will become very cold again (it will take few minutes again until cold water stops and hot arrive) and the cockroaches (mostly dead though) were everywhere.

Întrarea printr-o scara extrem de prost luminata și întortocheata. Apartamentul te induce în eroare cu cei 50mp pt ca uzabili sunt cam jumătate din ei,cealaltă jumătate sunt practic inutilizabili fiind împărțiți în 2 holuri 2 bai 2 debarale șamd,foarte alambicat și useless. Mobila de calitate foarte slaba și pat și canapea.Canapeaua are 1m lățime e mai mult un fotoliu. Curățenia lasa mult de dorit - pe orice pui mana e lipicios. Lumina la bucătărie nu funcționează. Toate întrerupătoarele sunt montate total aberant,trebuie sa stai sa cauți sa calculezi de unde ar trebui sa aprinzi lumina. În apartament e un miros de vechi și praf. Și cel mai rău lucru - centrala funcționează doar de formă,cred ca proprietarul a luat cea mai ieftina centrala din lume,care are boiler de 5litri de apa sau ceva pt ca ai apa calda cca 2min. Noroc ca este luna mai pt ca sunt convins ca dacă nu poate face apa calda,de căldură ce sa mai zic... Nu înțeleg cum cu toate aceste neajunsuri apartamentul are nota 8.7...
