Lindas Convent Garden Home 2

We had a wonderful time in Chania and the apartment definitely contributed to that. It’s a great place — comfortable, well-located, and very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. A special thanks to Gabi, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful — she truly made things easy for us.

If I may mention one small thing, the soundproofing could be improved

One of the nicest properties to stay in the Historical part of Chania. Beautifully set up house, with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms,surrounded by a beautiful and inviting courtyard. Within walking distance to all the sites, coffee shops, restaurants, specialty shops and the Venetian Harbour. Central and yet very quiet. Very spacious with all the facilities one needs and some extra treats. Don’t expect a T V set, enjoy the nightlife in the adjacent Πλατεία/square instead. Thank you for the wine and the wonderful hospitality by Gabi.

Great location in town, very nice place

Not much at all!

My wife and I stayed at Linda's Convent Garden 2, in Chania, Crete, between October 3rd - October 8th. Firstly, the caretaker, Gabi, is fantastic, as is the landlord, Michalis. They were attentive and responsive to our queries as we prepared for our trip. Upon arrival, they helped with advice related to sight-seeing logistics, car-rentals, restaurant recommendations, etc. Gabi, whom we interacted with in person, was very personable and willing to help with anything to ensure our stay was comfortable. Next, with respect to the place itself, it is very clean and well appointed and has all required modern conveniences. It is close enough to the waterfront, an idyllic beach, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores etc., yet a circle removed from all the hubbub of activity. Once again, thank you Gabi and Michalis for making us feel at home. Cheers!

Missing a couch in the main room. This would be a good addition. Missing a TV (not a big deal really, just saying). Sometimes, the bar next to Splanzia Square gets loud at night (Again, not a big deal for us, just sharing for informational purposes)

Nothing

The accommodation is modern, fresh and very clean. There is a cute little courtyard you can sit in, if you so wish. Both rooms are double beds with 2 showers etc. The kitchen has everything you need. The air-conditioning is excellent. There is also a laundry facility available. Gabi the host was so kind and met us on arrival, as we had difficult in locating the apartment. However, it is located in a very pretty area close to the church. There are many tavernas in the square close by, along with bakeries, supermarket and hairdressers. It is also just a 5 minute walk to the port - excellent location.

The house was a ma zi ng.

Gabi who managed the property was wonderful. Very helpful and sweet. She took great care of us!!

Neighborhood had a lot of graffiti which diminished the experience.
