"I would NOT book any properties handled by kozystay."

Location right behind Gandaria City

The Aircon in the living room cannot be turned on at all. And also one of the room were not cold. However the host was quite slow in responding to the matter. They ended up advising us it will be a major fix and advised us to cancel the booking. We had to book another hotel last minute in high season rates. Very inconvenient. After booking cancelled, it took awhile for the bond money to come back. And until now, 12 days and counting.. we haven’t received the refund. Very disappointing.

Location, the unit is good, bright, cool, unfortunately there is only 1 access card and only 1 key for a 3 bedroom with 2 guests, it is very difficult to go without a partner because the elevator needs access 36 hour we just got the second access card without second key
