Easy access to the accommodation. Nice flowers in the garden, but also dog feces which isn't so nice. My answer to the manager because this is the only place:According to Welcomely, I was supposed to receive confirmation of a refund on September 18 or 19, which I never received. If I had received proof that you had sent the refund, I would not have asked about it of course. That's why I contacted you on WhatsApp on September 20. I didn't get any answer and then I kept asking and I got blocked on WhatsApp. I tried to communicate on the chat on Booking.com. But I never got any answer there. I paid 600eur for the accommodation, but I haven't used the accommodation at all. I was offered a small room in Olbia and stayed there for one night. This tiny room costs 71 eur. But that's not what I booked and paid for. It was an emergency solution. I was offered 150 eur after I had written my review. The demand was that I change my review, which I refused. Just look att the pictures!!!!!!

**A Disastrous Stay: Do Not Book!! ** Our experience with this rental was nothing short of terrible from the start. The apartment had a persistent mildew smell and was uncomfortably dark and moist. There was very little natural light, making it feel damp and claustrophobic. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong stench of urine, and the shower drain was clogged, causing the water to back up. There is no WIFI, we were provided with a 4G hotspot that didn’t work at all. For a property supposedly accommodating two people, only one bed was made up, leaving us confused and uncomfortable. They list a washing machine that doesn't exist. We were also told that the pool was private, but the owners' kids (who live there) used it one evening when we came back to consider staying, we ended up not doing that. When we alerted that it was dirty, pool towels, hair ties and broken chairs- they claimed it was closed for the season. Later they said they had cleaned it (they never did but lied again). Tried to blame it on leaves which we never complained about and is expected in an outdoor pool. Dog feces were scattered all over the property, neither the cleaners nor the gardeners picked up. Worst of all was the management. Lara, the property manager, promised us a refund after we explained our concerns, but we never received it. She came to meet us on site and apologized for the smell in the bathroom and also took a look at the “wifi” and did indeed agree to it being non-functional. She offered a refund in person but they ended up blocking us on WhatsApp when we asked her about the refund The management was dishonest, and we ultimately chose not to stay even a single night due to the appalling conditions. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. Location is remote and not convenient at all. There are so many amazing hotels with beautiful beaches nearby- the beach close to this one is probably the worst one we visited on the island. Don’t stay...

Great location near the beach and was an easy walk. Would recommend having a car or renting one if you want to go towards main area as taxis were hard to find and expensive.
