Casa del Mare by Studio Vita

There was absolutely nothing to like. Worst accommodation I have ever stayed at

We left the apartment on day 3 of 4 due to the smell of mould, the constant dampness.. we actually became sick. The mattress and furniture must have been purchased at a garage sale in the 1970s. The pillows, linen and bedding were nothing short of scary. Everything was constantly damp. The location was not central as advertised. There was no flow through ventilation.

The location was excellent, there is a great pizzeria nearby, as well as groceries. The accommodation was great, it was clean and everything we needed was there, even an umbrella, because we were surprised by the rain. In short, it's worth it, especially if you're traveling for a longer period, you don't have to take a big suitcase, you can do your laundry quickly. The kitchen is well equipped, you can prepare a quick lunch or dinner. Check in went smoothly, the staff is nice and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and had the opportunity to leave our luggage in the office nearby, which is only a few minutes from the accommodation. If we ever come back to Bologna, we will choose studio vita again. Grazie

I am not able to comment at all on this property. This terrible rating is for Expedia. Not for Casa Del Mare. We were not able to get into the property because Expedia do not send us the message from them telling us where to check in, which was not at the property. we ended up booking a much more expensive place farther from the center than we would have rathered. Then, to make it worse Expedia‘s website was all messed up that day and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help. Furthermore, I also got a message from Expedia that said that the property wasn’t available and nobody knows where that even came from. Hopefully, Expedia will be responsible for the cost to the property owner. We will be contacting it with our credit card.

Very well-equipped and comfortable ground-floor apartment close to the centre of the city, with plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. Very helpful management team at nearby office were easy to contact.

Good communication with host. They even helped us book taxi for the airport. Very nice apartment with great location.

The beds were a little hard but from experience it’s the same in most hotels in Italy. Everything else was super!!

The location was perfect, the cleanliness impecable, the host very responsive and helpful. For sure I will be back soon

Location was perfect- only 5 mins from centre and with plenty of restaurants and cafes closer than that. Property was clean, well presented and stylish with everything you could possibly need provided. Set in a very old house with bags of character and external access with double locking doors / screens means you feel very secure. Great communication from check in team and friendly too. Loved it.

Nothing- it was fabulous.

Great appartement placed in the old city center. Recommended!
