A nice size apartment with large TV & Free Wifi. Fitted kitchen and washing machine. Both bedrooms were double/king size very comfortable beds. Secure car park. Excellent location near to shops (Consum across the road to the right), bars, restaurants and the beach, all walking distance.

A nice fitted kitchen but basic utensils limited cooking for my needs. More pans and utensils would improve cooking indoors. The instructions to enter the property need updating as a video showed a key safe which does not exist. The entry system is via a phone app. The app wasn't clear as it did not render on my Z fold 6 held vertically. However communication with the hosts was excellent. 10/10

The apartment was great; a good size and layout with everything we needed. Two decent size double rooms and spacious living/dining area. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. We were there in January so needed the heating on a little rather than air-con but the apartment soon heated up. It’s only one road back from the sea front and there’s plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a few metres from the door and only a short walk to the old town. The team letting the apartment were super helpful and available by WhatsApp if we had questions - they sorted out a permit for the hire car in the LEZ and made sure we used the on-site parking correctly.

As you’d expect from an apartment near bars and restaurants in Benidorm, there was some street noise during the night.
