Tout parfait surtout le personnel

De rust en rustige omgeving samen met het swim up zwembad. Super vriendelijk personeel en heel lekker eten. Heel het hotel was ook super proper. We hadden we junior suite geboekt en hadden eerst een kamer gekregen het dichtste bij de straat. Dit beviel ons niet omdat wij voor rust wouden. De volgende dag hebben ze ons onmiddellijk een andere kamer gegeven, helemaal bovenaan de suites en deze was voor ons echt perfect!! Dit apprecieerden we super hard😊 Wij zouden hier voor 200% terug gaan en dit absoluut aanraden aan anderen die op zoek zijn naar rust, mooi hotel, lekker eten en privacy.

The air conditioning

The room faced directly onto a main road and overlooked a supermarket where the locals sat on benches drinking beer and staring at us. It was not pleasant. It was uncomfortable. The actual building was still under construction.

The property is in an ideal location. Just far enough away from all the major hotels to not have much noise. The beach close to the property is always empty except for a few locals at times. The beach is small pebbles so lying on it is perfect as you’re not covered in sand nor having giant rocks in your back. Generic store across the street has everything you could need. If you want to shop for souvenirs or excursions you can walk up the street 10 minutes and find everything. The private pool isn’t heated so it’s not really usable at night. But during the day it’s incredibly refreshing. The staff on site are all amazing. They are all young or have young energy which i’m usually very sceptical when i see. But these staff are so proactive and professional it made the experience all the more better. Whenever there was a problem nine times out of ten they are fixing it before you’ve even asked. A perfect example of this is when we ordered a glass of wine and within two minutes of it landing on the table a fly decided to take a bath in it. Staff saw us trying to remove the fly and took the glass and gave us a new glass of wine. It’s these small gestures that the staff did that made the entire experience so much better. Even when dealing with difficult customers they were incredibly professional. I can not express enough how impressed i was by them. The property is still having some building work done on the higher levels but i honestly would not have noticed, so they either don’t do any work when it’s peak season or they are incredibly respectful with regards to noise whilst working. The entire stay didn’t feel busy at all. You were hardly ever bumping in to other people whilst making your way through the passageways. The eating area also had plenty of space which was lovely but this may be because it’s not fully built and at full capacity yet. Whenever you needed to speak to a member of staff there was always someone available.

There is only space for around 10 cars in the car park next to the reception. There are another 15 or so lower down but the hill is a little steep and after being out all day that hill is a little killer. This problem may be worse in the future as they appear to be opening a shop of sorts below the property and with more customers in the future it might be a bit of a fight to park. You really do need to rent a car. To rent a cheap car for the week is around the 400€ mark. Transfer from the villa to the airport is around 100€. It would have been a bit nicer if the wall divider between rooms was a little taller. I understand why it is at its height because the view is lovely but it ruins the privacy a little. From the lower level rooms if you have the curtains open it always feels as if everyone below can see inside. I never checked myself personally whether people could see. The TV system is weird. The Netflix button on the remote doesn’t actually work. You have to go to the TVs home page to access Netflix. One of the TVs in the villa didn’t have it installed. I forgot to inform the staff, sorry. (You have to use your own account). 110€ for the breakfast basket was a little expensive but if it was cheaper and everyone was doing it i feel the staff would lose their minds, i know i would.

Excellent location, beautiful suite, super clean and staff were so welcoming. Irene, the manager was super accommodating with some changes I had to make to my booking, we could not have asked for a more pleasant stay.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Rien du tout tout était parfait

Beautiful modern and sleek hotel with a very personal and boutique feel. The staff are great and the food was amazing. If you are half board you can swap dinner for lunch, which is a nice touch as there are lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Great location, and a lovely view of the sea.

Honestly there isn’t anything I can really say. The breakfast could have an omelet station, that would be a nice touch and the drinks could be a bit cheaper but other than that it was perfect.

Wunderschöne, ruhige Adults-Only-Anlage mit sehr entspannter Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt hochwertig und gepflegt. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Ruhe, die Privatsphäre und das freundliche Personal. Ideal für alle, die Erholung fernab von großen Hotelanlagen suchen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Die Anlage eignet sich perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen.

Es gab für mich keine nennenswerten Kritikpunkte. Der Aufenthalt hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt und ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt.
