"Quintessential Maine cabin in a clean and modernized condition"

The classic quaint Maine cabin that has been well cared for and is small but well equipped and has the modern conveniences that make travel comfortable. The owner is personable and dedicated about creating a place people will return to.

We were very happy; for some there could be concern about lack of space but they are what they are supposed to be…cabins. Not a negative for us…. the reality of what they’re supposed to be.

Cottage was ADORABLE! and the street it was on was so quiet. We were in #1, which was perfect with a view of the bay. Grateful for the linens, comfy bed, adorable retro appliances. Interior decor was 100% appropriate. Loved the chairs on porch which we could sit on outside in yard. LOVED the firepit with wood & fire starters at the ready. Joe the owner was super helpful

Too bad we didn't have water access. But that was only slight disappointment

"We had a lovely time at the quiet cozy Bar Harbor cottage!"

The cottage was updated, clean and well equipped with everything we needed like a coffee pot, kettle, dish soap and dishes. The bed was super comfortable. I like the variety of games and fire pit. The garden beds plantings on the property were so pretty. The property was a great location to the Acadia visitor center and Bar Harbor. The management was helpful and gave us great recommendations for local eateries.

The bathroom in unit 7 are a bit tight for a 6 foot man with broad shoulders, but we made do with that.
