Appartement spacieux, clair, propre, très bien équipé. Localisation sur le littoral à moins de 10 min du Cap Spartel et des grottes d'Hercule (idéal pour les joggeurs et les ballades) - place de parking incluse - literie confortable - appartement sécurisé au RDC - gardien accueillant - présence de la chienne de l'immeuble une vraie peluche sur pattes très caline Informations très claires et détaillées transmises par Elias pour l'itinéraire, l'accès à l'appartement et aux clés Quartier calme - bruit de la mer

Batiment à première vue en travaux ou à l'abandon qui ne semble pas correspondre aux photos de l'appartement ... la découverte de l'appartement dissipe cette première mauvaise impression 😉

منزل اعدحديثا مصمم بمنتهي الدقه والروعه والاناقه نظام اوروبي والاثاث كلاسيكي جميل ارضيات سيراميك والالوان جميله وتحف معلقه عالجدران والحقيقه اندهشت عندما دخلت اليها وجدت الاناقه والنظافه والترتيب الجميل بمثابه خمس نجوم وغرف النوم ايضا مرتبه و الفرش نقيه ومعقمه في منتهي الدقه و الجمال و الحمامات والشور جديده حيث النظافه وكل شي موجود ايضا المطبخ مزود بكل مايلزم من ادوات الطبخ وتوجد شرفه خاصه او حوش المنزل مزود بجلسه جميله ومكان خاص اعده للشوي ومغسله ما اود اقوله لكم المكان جدا راقي خاصتا عندما تسمع صوت امواج البحر وتستنشق منه رائحه اليود الجميله وكما ذكرالاخرون انه قريب جدا للبحر .و لرمال الشاطئ مشي علي الاقدام وكل المنتجعات السياحيه والمطاعم موجوده حواليك و قريبه جدا واشكر صاحب المنزل الاخ الرائع المبدع الياس ما اعده بمنزله الجميل و علي تعامله معنا وسرعه الاستجابه والاهتمام بنامن تاريخ الحجز الي وصولي للمكان وماقد زودنا بجميع المعلومات عن المكان والمعالم السياحيه وكل مايريدة الزائر والمسافر شكرا لك بالزاف اخي الياس ولله درك..و انصح به ولا تترددون اخواني وبقوة حيث ان هذا المسكن وجدنا فيه جميع وسائل الراحه والهدوء والطمانينه وسوف نعود اليه مرة اخري في المسقبل القريب العاجل باذن الله

The owner communicated amicably, instructions were easy and clear and was happy to answer any questions any time. He was excited to share recommendations and thngs to do list. Honest and kind person who will even arrange your extras e.g. car rentals. The location was great with possibilities to watch sunsets at the beach every evening. Big stocked kitchen, notably with microwave, coffee machine, oven and complete refrigerator. Very well furnished living room.

Would be nice to have little potions of cookeries e.g. salt, pepper and spice for the starters. Would be nice to have a wine opener after hunting for wine all night 😀

Poloha přímo u krásné pláže, skvělá terasa, velký a prostorný byt s 2 koupelnami. Velmi ochotný a nápomocný pan majitel.

Kuchyň by bylo třeba lépe vybavit a vyčistit. Vstup do budovy trošku zanedbaný.
