everything was fine but until I returned the house and after a very long time according to the initial agreement I would deposit 500 to avoid any damage they would deduct from that amount but until now from December 26, 2024 until today January 20, 2025 I still have not received any feedback about whether there is any damage in the house or not, and they also did not respond about whether they would refund the 500 to us and how much the refund is. I am very unhappy about that because I was willing to let them deduct from that 500 if there was any damage in the house, but they were silent and did not respond to me no matter how I tried to contact them. and now I have lost that 500.
