Agriturismo Tenuta i 4 venti

Kutyával érkeztünk, szívesen fogadták! A hely és az épület gyönyörű! Távol mindentől egy nyugodt környezetben! Aki ilyen jellegű kikapcsolódásra vágyik, annak ajánlani tudom! A reggeli elegendő volt! Kedves mosolygós recepció!

A légkondicionáló kicsit zajos volt a szobánkban. Egy kisebb medencével, vagy pezsgőfürdővel még vonzóbbá lehetne tenni a helyet.

Located not to far from Pisa & beaches, but far enough out that its very calm and quiet there. We had their rooms, not apartments but they had what they needed. The surroundings were nice to come “home to” after long days seeing the sights around the area.

Cleaning of the rooms at check in wasn’t 100% as we found hair clumps on the floor around the room. As we had rooms the breakfast was included, but if you have apartments you pay extra, the breakfast was sad and the same everyday literally toast with generic supermarket ham and cheese, some yogurt and 4 different cakes. We asked if we were allowed to use the breakfast area for eating dinner as we were a group and had rooms and were told, at check in, it was okay as long as we cleaned up after us. Only for the owner to tell us on day 2. We had to ask permission every day if we could use the space for those 30 minutes a day (as it were mere takeout and not cooking), they reasoned it was so they could count in extra cleanup time for the breakfast shift, even though we left the facilities cleaner than when we started both times. We chose the advertised “disability accessible” room, as I sometimes use crutches, just to make sure the facilities could help out rather than hinder if needed, but why you would build the shower with a small “ramp” UP into the shower instead of down into the shower is beyond me. The shower doors couldn’t keep the water in and left the floor outside the shower wet, making the risk of slipping bigger, also no handrails in the shower as many disability bathrooms naturally have. Plus weirdly enough no toilet paper holder near the toilet and the staff came in every day and moved the toilet paper back on to a small stool all the way across the room by the sink/shower so if you didn’t notice you were inconvenienced at a bad time when you found out. 😂

L’entretien du bâtiment est excellent, la propreté des chambres, les salles de bains sont mignonnes. Petit dej correct, principalement du fait maison mais fort tôt (de 7h30 à 9h30).

Accueil froid. Check out à 10h. Le jour du départ nous avions demandé si on pouvait remettre la clef à 10h30 car nous étions en retard. Le personnel s’est directement fermé et peu enclin à laisser ce délai (check in 21h la veille, il s’agissait d’une nuitée étape donc nous avons quitté la chambre nickel). Nous avons donc fait au plus vite et avons quitté à 10h15, à ce moment et personne au desk pour faire le check out..
