Joao met us on site and provided the keys. he gave a good overview and took note on the Press door that would not close. This was not fixed while we were there but did not impact us in any way. The Apartment itself is big and easily accommodated 4 adults . The complex is quiet and only a short stroll to the Marina, the beach and the town of Quarteira. Beach towels were provided for a minimum charge. The apt have 4 sunbeds by the pool area secured just for the residents of J52 apartment which as a terrific benefit as beds whenever you want were guaranteed

The safety deposit box was not working. This is a issue for me as it is always a primary requirement when I book, that said the complex is very secure with 24hr security at the entrance.

Infiltrações na sala e no quarto . A água da chuva caía na cama e na mesa da sala. Uma das casas de banho o duche não se podia usar, pois a porta ao fechar caía da estrutura. Tínhamos um balde a aparar água que saía do termo acumulador. Não podemos concluir a estadia.

The location was very good. It was nice and spacious and reasonably well equipped.

It was in need of some renovation and repairs.

It was a lovely spacious apartment in a great location. Underground parking was very handy.
