Everything was amazing. The host was kind and did everything to make our stay in the apartment comfortable. They met our every request and were very polite.

This property is in an excellent location you can walk to all of Valencia’s main tourist sites in 15 minutes. There are so many restaurants and bars close by. There is also a supermarket on the street and a bike hire place where you can also store luggage on the street joining. You couldn’t be in a better location for staying in the city of Valencia the old town is beautiful. Also checking in and out is easy as you don’t have to meet anyone.

Somethings in the property took a while to work out how to work like the door, the shutters and the fan in the master bedroom- the switch for the fan was inside the wardrobe. We tried to call the number left in the apartment for if there were any issues but the line said the number wasn’t in use. Also the extractor fan in the bathroom does let in a bad smell from outside however air freshener is provided.

The door code didn’t work

Modern, fully equiped apartment in a central location with home-like comfort. Ideal to chill and rest between city walks and to enjoy the sunset above Placa El Carmen.

A dedicated coat hanger would be a nice improvement.

Awesome appartments in the center of Falles processing 😍 Excellent view right from the apparent windows The location is very convenient, lots of attractions, ancient buildings and squares are nearby. The nearest and tasty Cafe/restorante right under the bedroom, on the first floor 😉👍 The nearest grocery shop is 100 meeters - Carrefour. Kids really enjoyed playing in the seeting room (lobby). Highly Recommended.

Location is great, in the heart of the old city center Apartment is spacious with enough place for a group of 4

First, while we understand why there is sewage smell in the bathroom, there is absolutely no excuse for not cleaning the toilet before our arrival (and we arrived one day later). Second, the hosts clearly continue to ignore requests from other guests to fix basic things like the window blinds in the bedroom and electric sockets falling out of the walls (not to mention lack of proper cleaning). Third, poor communication! Our message asking to open the laundry room was simply ignored. The check in process was also poor.

Beautiful apartment and such a good location. Would stay again.

Don't rely on google maps to get here - many one way streets in old valencia.

Minor plumbing issue. Some noise when below restaurant opens in the morning, but brief.
