Very hard for overseas passengers to find the entrance on arrival & disappointing that no iron & no mini coffee or teas were available. No tv available

Upstairs ventilation was not so great.

The place was exactly as described in the listing. We knew there was a lower mezzanine floor where our adult children couldn’t stand up fully—this detail isn’t clearly written in the booking description, but the photos do show it. The space itself was extremely clean and set up just enough for us to stay comfortably during our time. My non-negotiables are soundproofing, cleanliness, a lift, non-smoking environment, washing machine/dryer, enough proper beds, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning. This place delivered on all of them. The beds were comfortable, the soundproofing was excellent, and everything was well thought out. Having the washing machine and dryer was extremely helpful and one of the main reasons I booked this property. The host was kind enough to leave us some washing powder/gels to use, which was very thoughtful. The location was also convenient — just a short walk to several local stations, with plenty of options nearby to grab a snack or have dinner.

The biggest frustration was the Wi-Fi. The connection dropped in and out constantly, especially in the evenings. Often not all of us could connect at once, and sometimes even sitting right next to the router didn’t help. This made things unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the apartment met all my deal breakers and gave us a comfortable, accurate base for our stay — just be aware of the mezzanine height and the unreliable internet.
