Beautiful property and layout. Brand new hotel, Hardly any other guest. Wished we were placed in a better room - It was overlooking a partial parking lot for golfers, we did have ocean view & it was beautiful. Pools and staff excellent. Prices are outrageous at the restaurants & food was not good. $10 for a coconut water then fruit plate & tax & tip equals $67. I asked for papaya, I was charged for a full fruit plate. Breakfast is $50/person. No Uber eats allowed. Go to Jumbo, you can get fruits etc to take back. Dinner first night for 3 was $212. John, Aissette & Junior were amazing! Friendly, courteous and extremely helpful to us. Made our stay welcoming and worth it! Book excursions- it’s worth it. Unfortunately there’s a seaweed issue on beach but the clean it every morning.

"Excellent Resort "

We celebrated our 18th Wedding anniversary, this place is the best resort in the Caribbean to-date and I’m from Turks and Caicos Islands. No complaints!

Propiedad excelente pero el personal totalmente desorientados el spa no contestan el teléfono. La recepción no contestan. A la 1am se activó las alarmas de incendio más de 10 min sonando nadie las apagó y continuaron sonando varias veces en la noche un caos total. Envíen personal diestro por que pal de meses así y nadie va querer venir muy lamentable.

The staff requires enhanced training in quality customer service and retention strategies, emphasizing immediate resolution of issues rather than just apologies. The shower hose was installed incorrectly, rendering it non-functional, and there’s no towel hook outside the shower. Several electrical outlets are not working. Gardeners should operate earlier to avoid disturbing guests on their balconies. To improve efficiency and reduce errors due to language barriers, the hotel should implement an in-room dining app on iPads instead of relying on WhatsApp for orders. Restaurant staff must promptly clean spills and pay closer attention to details, rather than repeatedly ignoring them. The hotel is breathtaking, but it must employ competent, capable staff. The Dominican Republic’s reputation for subpar customer service and quality demands that business owners prioritize excellence to protect their brand. Skimping on this is unacceptable for a property of this caliber. While there are additional concerns, I’ll stop here. Acknowledging the hotel’s recent opening, there’s still significant room for improvement.
