Das Haus und sein Charakter, die Umgebung, die Ruhe, der gedeckte Aussenraum, der grosse Garten und seine Bäume, das Pool und die Spielangebote haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die kritische Bewertung der Ausstattung betrifft primär die Küchengeräte. Sie sind in die Jahre gekommen und wirkten nicht mehr appetitlich auf uns. Es macht den Anschein, als ob immer wieder Gebrauchtes aus anderen Haushalten dazukam, ohne Altes zu entsorgen (z.B. Pfannen, Schneidebretter). Das Wohnzimmer ist übermöbliert, nicht auf die Nutzung durch Familien mit Kindern ausgelegt und weist einige Stücke auf, die nach langem Gebrauch ersetzt werden sollten. Wenn ein Klavier im Raum steht, sollte es gestimmt und spielbar sein. Suboptimal war das Funktionieren von zwei WC-Spülungen.

Beautiful villa in a secluded countryside setting. Full of birdsong!

Wow - what a fantastic home and location.We were met at the property and received a welcome back of food and drinks. We have rented holiday homes for over 20 years and this is, without doubt, the best we have ever stayed at. All facilities were excellent and the house and grounds are so big. The pizza oven and barbecue are huge and were frequently used and the pool, wow. We will certainly be back in the future. Grazie Luisa

Lovely villa situated in a huge area with stunning view. Very friendly and helpful host. The house has all equipment which is needed. In the area (5 min by car) two restaurants with typical tuscan food. We had a lovely stay!
