Отличная вилла с прекрасным видом. Двор в котором растут апельсины и лимоны и много места для большой семьи. Внутри все сделано со вкусом и стилем, чувтствуешь что прикасаешься к чьей-то истории. Мы были в конце ноября, поэтому было видно что многие вещи долго не использовались, думаю в сезон такой проблемы не будет. ПРи этом хост помогал со всеми вопросами и порекомендовал отличный пляж в округе. Кровати были супер удобные, мягкие и уютные. Но мы не рекомендуем это место если вы не планирете добираться на машине. Здесь сложно с транспортом и в шаговой доступности нет вообще ничего.

"A private, comfortable stay with a sea view"

Splendid view, very private, well equipped, a lot of space, huge terrace, good parking, proximity of Palermo and other interesting places.

In general it was a quiet location but there was loud music from neighbourhood in the evenings during the weekend. Despite beautiful see view no direct access to the beach but you can still access a beach walking 700 meters. Despite the information that late check in costs 30 euros we were able to make self check in and avoid the cost that was convenient.

"Great stay at a quiet location, we actually wanted to stay more..."

Great location if you want a quiet place with great view. Great mornings and coffee on the terrace. Good for families with kids. Spacious rooms, great yard. parking can be done near the villa if you have a small car, or down at the gate (inside the yard) if you have a bigger car...

The recicling bins were a bit confusing but overall not much to complain about :) PS: not something negative but it is highly recomended you have a car for this location

Great view over sea bay of Palermo and coast line mountains due to hillside location. House offers lots of space (3 seperate sleeping rooms and a large living). Also terrace and balcony and roof terrace, there is always a nice spot to relax. Lots of things gs to do nearby but car highly recommended. Very good and reliable service for handover of keys or responding to inquiries. Grazie!

Bed matrices worn out. Neighbors dogs barking at night woke me up.
