GBThe house was in a great location and was a great size. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.
Some parts of the house weren't very clean. The kitchen especially could do with a deep clean. Parts of the decor could do with updating, there's patches of plaster where light switches have been moved. In 1 of the bedrooms the ceiling is bulging as if there's been significant water damage.

GBWiFi doesn’t work well. If you use the water tap in the kitchen .Then the water won’t come in the toilets . If you switch on the tap somewhere in the house then you can’t get the water in the other place , if you going to stay with more than 5 people in the house , it will take 2 hours to fresh up

Hot water in the shower was very unpredictable, either too hot or too cold. There was no hot water from the sink in the ground floor toilet

It was not clean and yet the owner claims an extra charge for ‘cleaning’. I really don’t like the Swikly deposit system. Avoid avoid avoid any property that uses that.
