Juno by Kozystay - Kemayoran

This building itself, called Azure Tower Menara (Ask AI why this is not a great place.), It is built to look good to attract real estate investors who park their money in real estate, but it is not built to provide quality living. The internet for every apartment is managed via an external entity and the internet speed is only 50/50 Mbps. which is too low for modern purposes, especially at a place at this price. The IP address is of a virtual server that yields incorrect geolocation when you use the internet. Had I known the internet is at this appalling level, I would not have booked it in the first place. Adjacent buildings include unfinished construction site. There are no decent supermarkets within walkable distance (Minimart Has no real food), So you are limited to using Grab/Gojek home delivery. very much defeating the purpose of your booking an apartment with kitchen when there is neither usable utensil nor ingredient to make meals. The place has no public transportation so expect to use cars for all trips. The hot water tank is insufficient for two persons. It is barely enough for one person. By the time you are nearly finished, the water has become cold.

The stay is managed by "Kozystay". They complicate things by requiring you to communicate via WhatsApp message which are handled by some outsourced BPO, who gives you useless empty talk just cluttering up your messaging thread and take up your attention capital. They require you to pay security deposit that was processed as a credit card billing instead of pre-authorization. After the stay is ended, they do not issue the expected and agreed refund, despite chasing them multiple times. in the end I have to request Credit card chargeback. The amount of time and effort you need to expend in getting the refund seems like a deliberate attempt by Kozystay at pushing people to give up or forget as a profiteering mechanism. Verdict Due to the lack of financial integrity and the inefficient, outsourced communication structure, I cannot recommend properties managed by Kozystay. Be prepared to involve your bank to recover your deposit

Nice building. Good new mall not fully opened yet. Sushi restaurant was amazing. Security was very helpful and friendly. I got lost once in the parking garage, and security gave me a motorcycle ride to my door. I enjoyed the car show across the street at the Jakarta International Expo. I would stay there again.Was very clean and had a clothes washer, fridge, stove, and microwave. Pool area was amazing.

Most difficult place to check in during 4 months of travel (many rules). Internet quit several times. Once for 3 days. Air Conditioner needed service (dripping), but worked well. Car show (racing) and music at Expo was loud during day and evening.
