The Stables, Moulton St Mary

The location was very good, not too far from attractions and a short drive from the essentials like a shop, cafe and takeaway (the Indian is excellent). The parking is safe although a little tight to get in but only a very minor issue, there is a nice outside place to sit, there is sky TV which was a bonus, some games to play, the kitchen is adequately equipped and clean.

The only major issue we had was the flies, they were everywhere and it was difficult to sleep, I do think the owner needs to address this issue, I did spend a lot of time swatting them. Although we did not see the owner until the end of the holiday we would have liked a hello when we arrived but this is a personal choice and so others may not see it as an issue, when we were there it was very hot so a fan would have been a good addition (there is one in the mezzanine area but a sign saying not to go in it for safety reasons).

Location was great for being near family

Although the bed was very comfortable the mattress made me hot and sweaty.

Lovely cottage great location, very dog freindly with lots of dog walks and great views Michael and family were very welcoming and the accommodation was clean and met all our needs... had a great relaxing time !!! 5 *****

lovely location, great hosts, very quiet, no noise apart from the odd passing car. good places to eat close by.

as we had a wheel chair a ramp for the front door would have made it easier to gain entry to the property and not have to lift the wheel chair up the small step to gain entry

Just a fantastic few days away in a superb spot, with great hosts. We had cold but bright sunny weather so really had zero complaints! Will definitely book again and would highly recommend.

As discussed with the owner at the time the duvets were a little small for two people, but this was sorted by the time we returned from our meal out. Great service.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for the Broads and Norfolk coast. Michael and family charming hosts.

Broken door lock was inconvenient at times when the dog needed to go out.
