Der Verkehrslärm war Tag und Nacht . Den kleine Balkon konnte man nicht nutzen (Abgase). Vermieterin hat sich nicht bei uns gezeigt. Parksituation schwierig wurde aber von der Vermieterin gelöst. Kein Handtuchwechsel innerhalb einer Woche.

Location: The apartment sits on top of a small hill, just outside the noise and bustle of the city, which made it the perfect place to recharge every night. From the terrace you get a picture-perfect view of the seaside, and if you feel like heading into the center, it’s only a short walk through the most charming medieval streets. Apartment: It truly had everything we wished for. The air conditioning worked perfectly—powerful yet quiet. The leather couch was a dream to relax on, and with two large TVs (one in the living room and another in the bedroom), we felt completely at home. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and with the shutters making the bedroom completely dark, we slept like babies. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower felt wonderfully luxurious. Host: Elena was the perfect host—clear, kind, and trustworthy. We honestly can’t think of a single negative point, and we felt so happy that we just had to share our experience! On top of that, San Remo itself amazed us with its charm, vibrant atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings. We’ll definitely be coming back one day!

Tutto perfetto! Aggettivo luxury rappresentato a pieno. Casa stupenda, molto pulita…perfetta per trascorrere un soggiorno a Sanremo tra comfort e design! Host gentilissimi, consiglio VIVAMENTE! Grazie ancora di tutto!

Rent og pen leilighet, moderne. Litt hav utsikt, fin beliggenhet i forhold til stran og sentrum.

Bråkete vei rett under verandaen. Naboene over oss kostet verandaen og alt kom ned på oss. De vasket verandaen sin, noe som førte til at vi fikk skitten vann på bordet og på oss. Lytt gjennom ytterdøren.

We absolutely loved our stay — everything was perfect! The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. It had everything we needed, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The interior is very stylish, and it’s clear that the host put a lot of love and care into creating a warm and welcoming space. Communication with the host was also excellent — Elena was always available and very friendly

Very helpful and hospitable host. The apartment is very cozy, beautiful and stylish. Very clean and modern. Good location, quiet, a 10-minutes walk from the nearest beach, but when going back, it is a bit hard to go up the hill :) There are all necessary amenities: tableware, a coffee maker, a fridge, a cooker, air conditioning, even beach sheets for guests. Thank you!

Would only add a washing machine, just a little recommendation:)

We had the most amazing stay. First of all the host was so extremely wonderful and we felt so welcome! The place is beautiful, clean, has the best location and a cute little supermarket down the street. We are defenitely comming back. 10/10!!

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

The property was new and clean and had everything you need for a stay and to cook a meal which is great after being in hotels. The blackout roll down blinds mean you can sleep in and also keep the property cool without the need for Airconditioning (although there is Airco at the apartment we didn’t use it). The little balcony is also perfect for morning coffee overlooking the sea 😍 it’s only a ten minute walk to the beach and centre,a 6 min walk to the carrefour plus there is a local grocer on the corner just a few steps away.

The property was pretty much perfect - I would only add a towel rack in the bathroom and maybe a few chairs on the balcony (only thing that was missing but did not affect our stay as it was just lovely overall and the apartment had everything you need otherwise!!)
