Como Lake Crispi 7 Apartment

The place was clean. Everything we needed was there. Cozy place to stay. Comfortable temperature, good wi-fi. Towels are like new. Good beds. Big shower 🫶🏼 Everything you need for cooking. Entrance with code, you don’t need to carry keys. Quiet area for stay. Not far from city centre. The owner was in touch and very helpful. We loved this apartment.

The property was clean and the beds comfortable. Francesco was very accommodating and answered all my questions promptly. Lots of hot water and it was great to have a washing machine, but there was no iron or dryer which would be handy, especially because it rained most of the our time and no sunlight. The bus stop out side the apartment was really handy, would’ve been nice to know you can just tap on!!!

The property is located a short walk from the town square, however, the route to the property includes a considerable number of stairs or an up hill walk due to its hillside setting ( no view to compensate walk)These stairs are challenging for guests, and we don’t have mobility issues and are not elderly, so I would recommend considering this aspect before booking.

Plenty of room for a family of 5 including 3 teenagers! A short walk from the centre of Como. The host was easy accessible and willing to provide information about bus routes etc and answered all questions promptly. WiFi was very good - we stayed during the Olympics and were delighted with the coverage!

It’s a bit of an uphill walk to get to the apartment but after eating so much lovely Italian food it was probably good for us to get in some exercise!

The host Frances’s a was fantastic, the apartment is well stocked and spacious.

Very clean, close to the absolute centre and very spacious rooms. The owner is willing to help you with everything, there was a gift he left for us - an Italian Prosecco 😍. Very suitable for a family of 4 and more, will definitely visit again!

Amazing stay! Perfect location, walking distance to the city center. Fits a family of 5 adults comfortably. Cozy, stylish apartment, and a welcoming host. Recommend!

Nothing, but worth to mention: it's uphill, so not ideal for old guests.

The apartment is over the expectations. All the design of the apartment is done with great skill and quality. The apartment is very clean. It is positioned very close to all important points in Como.
