Kamal was very welcoming and helped us settle. The swimming pool was nice as well as the look of the villa.

There is a few things I would like to address about our stay here. To begin with, it says that the villa is 10.9km away from the centre which we found to be quite deceiving considering it is outside of Marrakech and no public transport takes you there. Cabs could take you there but not for a reasonable price. Furthermore, it is so far out of the city that at some point it’s not a road anymore and it becomes a dirt road, which made the journey very uncomfortable. If you don’t have a car, this place is not for you as the transport the villa provides would cost you 40€, daily which is an extortionate price. We also had to wait at the gate for quite some time before they would open it, which is a big deal if it’s 45°C outside. When we first arrived, we were greeted by Kamal who served us a cup of tea and some halwa. We had to give a 1000DH/100€ deposit that would be returned to us at the end of our stay. I asked if this could be card and was told they only take cash. We were asked if we wanted to have lunch at the villa upon arrival to which we agreed. We ordered 6 cous cous tagines, when it arrived it was cold. If we wanted breakfast, it was 60DH extra which is very expensive for how little it was. We initially booked as five people but ended up being six - we were given only four towels that were not changed throughout our stay. We were provided with only two tiny bottles of what seemed to be shampoo but once you smelled it, you could tell it was clearly body wash. The lightbulb in the bathroom was very weak and Kamal had to install a stronger one. The water wouldn’t get hot and the shower holder was broken so we had to hold the shower head at all times when showering. The villa has 2 AC and a fan as the add indicated, but one of the AC’s was faulty and the fan didn’t do much as it was 45°C. We had issues with the wifi, initially the wifi didn’t work in any of our phones.

Had a fantastic time at Manzal Lahbab, very peaceful, clean and oustanding service from the staff, Noor & Samad were great hosts and looked after us and made sure everything was in order, there was also a chef present at the premises which served authentic morrocan dishes for Lunch and Dinner, the both pools were cleaned on daily basis, all in all it was a brilliant experience for my family, the kids really loved it. 10/10

There was nothing not to like.

We had a very good stay. The accomodation was clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice garden and very quiet and relaxing environment.
