Caravan was very clean & comfortable. Lovely clean & maintained site. Close to Newquay town (2 miles) Porth Beach (1 mile)
Site shop prices were a bit steep.

Clean and tidy. Good location.
Batteries in smoke were low so it kept beeping 3 times every couple of hours. Disconnected smoke alarm as it was waking us up at night! Caravans were really close together so felt a little overlooked more than you usually would be on a site. The Caravan was also quite small for a family of 5. It says it sleeps 6 which it does but the pull out sofa bed in the living room was more of a camping bed. You could feel the struts underneath digging in your bibs and hips. One of the most uncomfortable nights sleep iv had in a long time. Beds in the bedrooms were however really comfortable
