Zadar Kali Booking Franov Residence on island Ugljan with the pool, BBQ and beautiful sea-view!

Perfect location - close to the beach and restaurants, stunning window view. Apartment was elegant, well equipted.

Nothing to complain

Location, balcón, view, pool, very friendly, peaceful place, so cute fish-restaurant nearby. Place just to stay and calm down..

The view overlooking the harbour and sea, the pool, the peace and quiet (apart from when the Kali FishFest was on).

Access from the ferry is about 35 minute walk or €30 taxi fare. The walk to/from the harbour is quite steep, but it keeps you fit.

We had one night here and it was perfect. Location is great, the view is stunning and our host was super kind and helpful. Apartment was perfectly clean and you will have everything you need. Highly recommend!

The villa is a bit uphill and has an amazing view over the pool, garden and Kali bay and the Osljak island. Stayed for 3 days and extended for another 3. The apartment was very clean and well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful with directions and also gave me a car ride to the city to rent a bike. The WiFi is very good, even for working. Has a nice terrace with a pool, sunloungers, BBQ, etc. and in 2 min you can reach the beach in the bay. Good value for money and definitely worth visiting.

The balcony is spacious and private with the most spectacularly beautiful vista. The pool was great, fridge freezer for keeping poolside drinks and ice creams at hand, not busy during our stay. Fresh figs from the tree were also laid out on the first few mornings. There’s a nice bbq area if you like to grill. The location is superb for a short walk to the gorgeous Kali beach and restaurants. 5 mins drive to other lovely towns and good base to explore island. Being by the main road meant access and parking was really easy.

The front of the property is on a fast road, which meant kids needed supervised back and forth from pool to apartment. This was really only a small nag with kids as there were no outside /poolside toilets.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with a fantastic view. The pool was an added bonus. Great location with a nice walk into Preko for more restaurants etc. The owners were so helpful and welcoming. We did not want to leave.

Very nice and clean apartment with stunning views over Kali harbour from the balcony and windows. Lovely, quiet pool area also with the same wonderful view. A truly wonderful and relaxing place.

They did not have a doorbell so that when people are coming to stay at the hotel, they know who to contact.
