Clean and comfortable apartment in good location near yaya shopping mall.

We had a little hiccup with check-in as host didnt give us code to apartment. I had to ask it separately as we were already behind the door. We requested that we do not want housekeeping during our visit but housekeeper still went in to apartment while we were gone.

It was on the top floor and view was very beautiful

Kettle didn’t work, informed Emma, poor shower output - no hot water .

we had a really good time, The building was clean with plenty of room, set in a really good location near to the town centre. We will see you again soon 😊

Host was super responsive. Spacious bedrooms and safe community

Tge lift was not working, so had to carry luggage to the 4th floor. Apartment was not that clean.

Shower in the master room had cold water House cleaning having access to the apartment even in the absence of guests

The location was great just.

The host changed apartments to a downgrade and didn't even care about our satisfaction and gave out the apartment we booked before I even checked in. The apartment she put us in, cutlery was dirty and even the curtains were creased, floors looked dirty and she had bad customer service. I was very disappointed and communicated the same to her but didn't even try. Because she gave us a 2 bedroom yet I had booked a 3 bedroom..
