Blue Water Beachside villa 3

Location very close to the beach, short walking distance. Quicker to walk than drive to the access point.

Had a musty smell, we bought an odor absorber / air freshener and it improved.

This place was so cute, perfect for 2 people. Very vintage feel and reminded me of beach trips as a kid. Very close to the beach and several places to eat with in very close walking distance. It was also very quiet, we went for our anniversary and it was a perfect weekend.

Not being negative but thought people should know that the shower is small, tight for even one person, but got the job done. Other than that, the lighting in the bathroom was amazing and had an extra vanity area for makeup. Had a great trip and can't complain about any of it. Definitely want to come back and stay again.

We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach, the coffee shop & food venues.

There was construction going on in the room next to us starting at 8am - afternoon. We drove from Texas so there was no such thing as napping. We didn’t recall seeing any information about it being under construction. I sent an email concerning this issue and never received a reply.

WiFi wouldn’t work, tv was a pain to work

Everything was located within walking distance.

I’m 6’4” the shower head sits a bit low… other than that everything was good.

The bed was fairly comfortable. Location was somewhat close to the beach. We stayed here due to the proximity to the beach.

I was in villa #3 and had several issues.. I could not reach anyone even though I contacted the rental service. They said they would reach out to the property management. I called the number of the management only to find that it didn't work. I emailed every address I could find. I finally got a response with another call to the booking agency. *The internet was not available. *It was freezing and I could not change the temperature. I had to shut it off to survive. *I could barely get any water out of the kitchen spout and the shower will only do cold or hot. It turns off in the middle. *Mouse was running around and we had droppings on the bed. *Light switch inside the door did not turn on anything. *Wall socket did not work there either. *Curtain in the kitchen at the waste can had garbage splashed on it. *TV in bedroom must have been missing a remote as we could never get it to work. *Maintenance came while we were out and the only fix seemed to be the air, * We did not receive any correspondence back from them about the fixes or lack of fixes.

I love how close to everything it is, bars, beach, and restaurants
