Vegueta Old Town, Las Palmas

Really excellent location. Extremely handy for the main sites of the old town in Vegueta and Triana.

As my apartment was on the ground floor it wasn’t possible to leave the windows open which was a shame.

Hair on bed sheets and not as pretty as the pictures

The location was okay.

The single aspect apartment did not provide adequate ventilation for me. I was too stuffy. Unfortunately I found a big live cockroach in my bedroom, which was scary. After that incident, I had to shut the shutters and windows in the living room to prevent anymore critters climbing inside the apartment. The bathroom was smelly and had mould on the ceiling.

Lovely flat, good location, great value. It's a modern flat, very clean, quiet & well equipped. We were 2 friends & we found it spacious & comfortable. We never met the hosts but they were very responsive via messages. Note, if you have mobility issues: Be aware that although the flat is level & on the ground floor, there is a big step up from the street into the entrance hall. (This is likely to be the case in most accommodations in the old town)
