النظافه لم تكن ممتازه اقيمها 7/10 البلكونه يوجد بها سجائر لايوجد مناديل وصابون لغساله الاواني ولغسل اليدين اضطررت الشراء من البقاله القريبه

Ich war mit meine ganze Familie in diese Unterkunft, alles war okay. Der Large ist super, Gibt's gleich Bus Verbindung vor Ort bis City Zentrum und Einkauf Zentrum. Für mich und meine Familie passt sehr gut.in Haus Gibt's 24/7 Fahrstuhl und corner Shop unten. Mann muss nicht weit gehen wenn mann kleins braucht. Und noch was Gibt's direkt beim Fenster waterfall Kanal und bisschen lauter wie Regnet . Super Large. Ich kann mir Leute empfehlen und da zu besuchen. Gute ruhige Lage.

Was mir nicht gefallen ist, in der Wohnung Türen alle schlafen Zimmer und Toilette Gibt's keine verschlüssung. Der Wohnung Besitzer muss dass machen lassen, und alle Fenster offen lassen kann. manchen Fenster ist zu ohne Möglichkeit zu offen um fresche Luft zu ins Zimmer rein kommen.

I enjoyed the space that the property offers and sits just the right distance to the city centre.

This property has so much potential but has unfortunately been left to fall into quite a bit of disrepair. Firstly apartment hasn’t been finished and thats clear when you look at the back of the building. The common areas inside the building were absolutely disgusting with filthy floors and litter strewn all over the place. The lift with no flooring was barely functional, it also made a terrible grinding noise. The apartment itself was not very clean at Qq

The kitchen sink was blocked, and I had to unblock myself Bath was dirty, and I had to buy cleaning supplies from the shop downstairs to the apartment to clean myself out

Good location, reasonable price, comfortable

Sadly TV had damage on arrival - thankfully took geotagged photos though owners put through with no advice a £200 “damage” charge and will not engage in communication.

I will definitely stay here again. Host is awesome, friendly, polite, understanding and customer friendly. I requested for an extension as my bus was at 3am. Host was very empathetic and granted the extension with a small fee, which I am ok with it. The small fee is big when compared to the headache that I may have to go through if I have to check out early. So, THANK YOU SO MUCH! 1) Location is superb as it is close to the UoS, Salford Crescent station and to the city center. 2) Cutlery, tableware, cookware are all provided. Sharp knife, useable scissors, spatula, scoop are all available. Such a relief to have all these. 3) Washer and dryer are good. Clothes hanger, drying rack are available. 4) Dishwasher is working. Though, several times it didn't wash and I only noticed on the next day. (Maybe I don't know how to use it :) ). 5) The apartment is on the top floor and it has a nice view and very breezy. 6) Stayed here for 17nights and all my needs are covered. I was able to cook, clean and make the place like my own home. 7) Wifi was initially choppy but after I did some troubleshooting and have shared the details, host did her best and we got a new wifi connection.

Some small inconveniences and nothing really major. 1) The is no shower curtain, but it has the sliding glass. I think the sealant rubber on the bottom of the glass panel needs to be replaced as water does sip out and wet the toilet floor. 2) The door to the balcony is pretty difficult to unlock. 3) I love to have the wind and breeze into the apartment, but cannot seem to hold the door open. The wind was so strong that I tried to stop the door from being slammed, and ended up the door slammed hard onto my forehead and gave me a bump size of a golf ball on the forehead and a bruise for a week. Would be good if can leave the door ajar and let the breeze into the apartment. (Of course, a window is an option, which would be an expensive alternative).

Very clean, close to city centre, nice big space with lovely views of the city
